George & Mary Josephine Hamman Foundation
Seventy $15,000 scholarships are awarded each year to be used over four years of undergraduate study. Selection is based on financial need and academic ability. Available to graduating seniors of high schools in the following counties: Harris, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Liberty, Montgomery and Waller. You must be a United States citizen to apply. Request information in writing, identifying yourself as a high school senior and provide the name of your high school; or after August 15 of your senior year, download that year's application from their web site. Deadline for receipt of completed application and required attachments in one package is 4:00pm February 26 of the student's senior year.
